Meet Our Dentists Lake Ariel, PA

Dr. Bijan Ahmadzadeh has been providing exceptional dental care in the Lake Ariel area for over 14 years. He earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences with a minor in philosophy from the University of Scranton before attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in 2010.

Committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry, Dr. Ahmadzadeh pursues continuing education and has received advanced training in dental implants, bone grafting and BOTOX®/dermal fillers. He is also a proud member of the American Dental Association® and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. His goal as a dentist is to provide excellent, comprehensive care to the community in Lake Ariel and the surrounding areas.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ahmadzadeh enjoys spending quality time with his family. His hobbies include weightlifting, gaming, camping and traveling.

Dr. Thomas Hart has been practicing dentistry since 2001, with experience in Pittsburgh, PA, from 2001 to 2009 before starting in Northeast Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and French from the University of Arizona in 1992 and later graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2001.

Dedicated to providing high-quality care, Dr. Hart continues to expand his expertise through ongoing education, completing 30 credit hours every two years. He has received advanced training in dental implants through the Hiossen Implant Basic Course in 2024 and has studied occlusion at the Dawson Academy in 2008. His goal as a dentist is to help others in a compassionate and comfortable environment.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and their four children. His hobbies include golf and exercise.

Dr. Altuner is dedicated to creating a comfortable experience for every patient. She earned both her bachelor’s and dental degrees from Boston University, and although she is from Long Island, New York, she has had roots in the area since she was born.

Known for her soft approach and attention to detail, Dr. Altuner enjoys building meaningful connections with her patients. She also regularly travels to take continuing education courses to stay current in her field.

Outside the office, she enjoys aerial silks, gardening, learning the harp, and bedazzling everything in sight. She also takes frequent trips to NYC to be with friends and is always on the hunt for the best falafel in NEPA. When the sun is out, she can be found rollerblading with her black lab, Moose.
